Enquiries and shipment arrangements
Submitting a quote request or contact form does not confirm a transport booking. Availability, pricing, cargo acceptance, handling requirements and transport conditions must be confirmed separately with the team before goods are handed over.
Tracking information
The tracking portal displays the latest information recorded for a shipment. Route animations illustrate recorded progress and do not represent real-time GPS positioning. Estimated dates and route details should be confirmed with the team when they are important to your plans.
Information you provide
Provide accurate shipment and contact details, and only submit files you are entitled to share. Do not use the website to upload executable files, interfere with other users’ access, or access shipment records without authorization.
Further requirements
